TULSA, OK, October 6, 2005 - ChoicePay^®, one of the nation's largest electronic bill payment providers, named Greg Adelson as President and Chief Operating Officer of e-Money Systems/ChoicePay. Adelson comes to ChoicePay bringing with him more than ten years of successful executive level payment industry experience in both operations and sales management. Adelson will provide leadership and direction for the team at ChoicePay in pursuit of providing industry-leading customer responsiveness and operational excellence. This strategy will provide the backbone for leveraging a multi-faceted platform for projected revenue growth through the expansion and focus of both new products and distribution channels.

Previously, Mr. Adelson served as Chief Operating Officer for FSV Payment Systems in Houston, TX, a turnkey financial stored value processor, where he and his team developed a Customer Service and Operational Excellence philosophy that provided the benchmark for the stored value industry. From 1995-1999, he worked for National Processing Company (NPC) in a variety of management positions culminating with Vice President of Customer Service. In 1999, NPC sold the check processing division to International Check Services (ICS) based in Riverdale, NJ. Adelson served in executive management positions with ICS as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service, and later as the Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Adelson received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University. He and his family live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
