Arlington County Treasurer's Office Chooses Tulsa-based ChoicePay Electronic Payment Provider for Its Taxpayers Convenience and Safety

Tulsa, OK, September 19, 2005 - ChoicePay^®, one of the nation's largest electronic bill payment service providers, will begin offering electronic payment services to the Arlington County Treasurer's Office on September 21, 2005 in Arlington, Virginia. ChoicePay currently provides electronic bill payment services to the cities of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Fort Wayne, Indiana and other municipalities, as well as many of the nation's largest utility companies. By expanding its services to include car tax and decal fee payments, ChoicePay will make it possible for Arlington County taxpayers to securely and conveniently make payments at kiosk machines located in 7-Eleven stores.

Arlington County citizens will be able to make payments 24-hours a day, 7-days a week at Vcom^T (Virtual Commerce) machines, 7-Eleven's proprietary financial services kiosk, located in 68 participating stores in Virginia, including 16 in Arlington County. The Vcom kiosks offer payment services in both English and Spanish and provide a convenient payment option to people who wish to pay by cash or PIN-based ATM/debit cards. Taxpayers will receive a ChoicePay confirmation number on their receipt as proof that the taxes have been paid so that no penalties will be assessed by the Treasurer's Office.
