ChoicePay Launches 2005 Xpress™ Kiosk Rollout

Deployment of New Payment Terminals Addresses Customer Convenience, Cash-Only Population

Tulsa, OK, April 11, 2005 - ChoicePay announced today the start of its 2005 kiosk deployment initiative, which will begin in the Tulsa, Okla., market with the addition of five ChoicePay® Xpress™ payment terminals.

ChoicePay's kiosk network is one of the fastest-growing chains of payment terminals in the United States, providing billers an efficient alternative to in-person payments, and giving time-pressed consumers and the cash-only population a smart choice in where, when and how they pay their bills. Terminals accept cash or check payments, offer assistance in English or Spanish, print transaction receipts, and are accessible around the clock, depending on the operating hours of the kiosk location.

"We are very excited at the response and acceptance of our ChoicePay Xpress™ kiosks by both our billers and their customers," says Roger Marshall, president and chief executive officer of ChoicePay. "As more and more high-volume billers discover the value ChoicePay brings their business, we will continue to expand both our kiosk network and our portfolio of services to accommodate them and their customers."

ChoicePay is the only third-party electronic billing services provider to offer kiosk payment terminals as part of its automated system. The company's integrated suite of payment channels enable high-volume billers to receive virtually any method of bill payment through telephone interactive voice response (IVR), call center and the Internet, and allow consumers to pay multiple bills at a single location. ChoicePay kiosks are currently located on biller premises and in select grocery stores in Oklahoma, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Texas and Mississippi.
