BOB KIRK, PRESIDENT, CEO AND BOARD MEMBER
Bob Kirk has served as the President, CEO and Board Member of ChoicePay since August of 2008, bringing executive-level payment experience in bank operations, marketing and consulting. Kirk brings executive-level payment experience in bank operations, marketing and consulting. Kirk is responsible for the overall strategic planning, direction and leadership of the company with an emphasis on delivering innovative electronic payment solutions through advanced technology and a passion for customer care. Kirk most recently served as the President and CEO of VICOR, Inc., a San Francisco based complex payments software company. Kirk successfully ran VICOR for almost nine years, sold the company to Metavante in 2006, and is now using his vast experience to lead ChoicePay. At VICOR, Kirk oversaw the transformation of the company from its consulting and systems integration roots into a full fledged products company. Prior to VICOR, Kirk was the President of Enterprise Consulting, a Plano, Texas firm specializing in the payments industry. He also worked at BancTec, Inc. as VP of Marketing, responsible for product management of its check and remittance products. Kirk's professional career began at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, where he built and led the bank’s nationwide lockbox network.
CYNDIE MARSHALL, CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Cyndie Marshall joined ChoicePay in May of 2004 as Compliance Officer. Previously, she served as Compliance Officer for the commercial services division of US Investigations Services, Inc., one of the nation’s largest provider of background screening services. Prior to joining US Investigations, Marshall was a VP of Operations for Bank of America, where she held a variety of positions over a twenty-year period. Opportunities while at Bank of America included management responsibilities for branch administration, administrative services, bank acquisition support, loan operations, and credit support. Other banking experience includes the areas of international services, technology and operations training development and delivery.
BEN PETERS, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ben Peters joined ChoicePay in September 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ChoicePay, Peters served as VP Finance for Technisource, Inc. a privately held national information technology service provider. While at Technisource (1999-2006), Peters oversaw the original integration of the company, and acquisition roll-up of 22 companies. He later led the formation of the Solutions Group, and participated in the management buy-out of Technisource in November 2000. Peters was previously with Robert Walters PLC, a finance and IT recruitment firm in London, where he worked in mergers and acquisitions. Peters began his career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Wellington, New Zealand.
KEITH FULTON, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Keith Fulton joined ChoicePay in October 2005 and brings more than 15 years of enterprise system development and management, including 5 years of executive level technology leadership to the firm. Starting with nine years of systems integration background at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), working around the world, he became a Director at EnFORM Technology in Houston, Texas. After running his own technology firm for three years, he became Director of Research and Development at Tulsa-based, SolArc, Inc. then moved to join FSV Payment systems as VP of Technology. In 2002, Fulton was nominated for the prestigious E&Y “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in Houston for his technology startup firm, 10X Labs.
MIKE HENRY, VP STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS
Mike Henry joined ChoicePay in 2004 as Director of Information Technology and was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Relationships in 2006. He is responsible for driving new revenue growth through strategic relationships, independent sales channels and partnerships. Prior to joining ChoicePay, he served as Manager of Operations Support Systems at Citynet Wholesale where he led a team of over 50 developers in the design and implementation of software and systems. Previously, Henry was Manager of Process Implementation for the Williams Communications Group and Manager of Business Services for the FleetOne Division of the Williams Companies where he developed processes and managed systems conversions for the card merchant payment program.
LISSA MILLSPAUGH, VP OPERATIONS
Lissa Millspaugh joined ChoicePay in 2004, bringing over 15 years experience in contact center management and operations. She is responsible for the customer contact functions of ChoicePay, leading a team of 50 managers, supervisors, and representatives, as well as general operations. Previous to joining ChoicePay, Millspaugh was Director of Retail Call Center Operations at USIS, a call center supporting 75 of the top 100 US retailers with pre-employment background screening products. At USIS, she also served as Director of Business Systems and Production Support in a project management and account support capacity for major retail and not-for-profit companies. Prior to 2000, Millspaugh worked at Avis Rent-a-Car/Cendant Corp for 11 years, serving as Operations Control Manager and Senior Business System Analyst.
ELSPETH BLOODGOOD, DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND MKTG
Elspeth joined ChoicePay in 2004 as a Business Analyst, received her AAP certification in 2006 and today serves as the Director of Product Development and Marketing. Elspeth has over ten years working in B2B technology marketing and product development, and has worked for companies such as TMSSequoia, TV Guide, Inc. and Electronic Label Technologies (ELT). As a member of the ANSI X9 standards committee, she was involved with the development of standards for the Image Replacement Document (IRD), the foundation of the "Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act" (Check 21). Elspeth spoke at the TAWPI Forums and Expo in 2004 and has authored articles on Check 21 and color document imaging. Elspeth is a current member of the NACHA Council for Electronic Billing & Payment (CEBP), with a specific interest in Electronic Billing and Presentment.
VALERIE JACOBI, INFORMATION SECURITY AUDITOR
Valerie Jacobi joined ChoicePay in 2008 as Information Security Auditor, responsible for assisting business unit managers in evaluating internal controls, developing internal audit programs and serving as the company’s Functional Privacy Officer. Prior to ChoicePay, Jacobi worked as an IT Auditor at Tullius Taylor Sartain and Sartain, a regional CPA firm, providing IT consulting on audit and internal control assessment and testing and performed SAS70 Type II audits and IT security risk assurance reviews; for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, designing testing plans to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the IT environment; and for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), performing advanced technical troubleshooting and critical systems recovery. She holds an M.S. Degree in Telecommunications Management, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Jacobi currently serves as President of the Tulsa chapter of the Information Security Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
