ROGER MARSHALL, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Roger Marshall has served as Chairman of ChoicePay since it was incorporated in 1996. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Tulsa National Bancshares, the holding company for ChoicePay, Inc., a position which he has held for nine years. A long-time Tulsa investor and entrepreneur, Marshall was also previously an owner of The Bama Pie Companies, where he began his career during his high school years and later became a Partner. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City.
MIKE BELTZ, VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mike Beltz has over twenty years experience in the payments industry and has been instrumental in leading corporations in implementing growth strategies and achieving exceptional, sustainable results. Prior to joining ChoicePay as CEO, Beltz served as Executive Vice President and President of Transaction Services for Alliance Data Systems. Before joining Alliance Data, he held a variety of executive level roles for First Data Corporation from July 1983 to April 1997.
BOB KIRK, PRESIDENT, CEO AND BOARD MEMBER
Bob Kirk has served as the President, CEO and Board Member of ChoicePay since August of 2008, bringing executive-level payment experience in bank operations, marketing and consulting. Kirk is responsible for the overall strategic planning, direction and leadership of the company with an emphasis on delivering innovative electronic payment solutions through advanced technology and a passion for customer care. Kirk most recently served as the President and CEO of VICOR, Inc., a San Francisco based complex payments software company. Kirk successfully ran VICOR for almost nine years, sold the company to Metavante in 2006, and is now using his vast experience to lead ChoicePay. At VICOR, Kirk oversaw the transformation of the company from its consulting and systems integration roots into a full fledged products company. Prior to VICOR, Kirk was the President of Enterprise Consulting, a Plano, Texas firm specializing in the payments industry. He also worked at BancTec, Inc. as VP of Marketing, responsible for product management of its check and remittance products. Kirk's professional career began at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, where he built and led the bank’s nationwide lockbox network.
ALLEN ANDERSON, BOARD MEMBER
Allen Anderson was an investor in 1984 in the start up of Tulsa National Bank, the parent company of ChoicePay. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of both companies. Anderson is an investor with real estate and other investments in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. He also operates an auto parts business. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
GARY BURTON, BOARD MEMBER
Gary Burton is owner and President of The Burton Companies, which consists of several businesses. Burton Construction is a thirty year old residential construction business that has built over 500 homes and has been involved in the development of more then thirty-five subdivisions. Burton has served on the Board of Directors at Tulsa National Bank for approximately ten years. Over the past thirty years, he has also been involved with businesses such as The International Furniture Store, Burton-Deel Trucking, Joplin Honda, and partner in McGraw, Davisson Stewart. He graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Political Science and Economics.
CECIL CRAIN, BOARD MEMBER
Cecil Crain is the president and owner of Air Comfort, Inc., a heating and air conditioning company started by Crain in 1969. Crain developed the Crain-Wilson Industrial Park in Jenks and operates both Air Comfort and Crain-Wilson in this development. Crain was an original investor in both ChoicePay, Inc. and Tulsa National Bank, and has served on the TNB Board for 13 years and ChoicePay Board for 11 years. Crain attended Oklahoma State University for Mechanical Engineering and Geothermal Energy.
WILLIAM B. JONES, BOARD MEMBER
In 1963, William B. Jones co-founded the Tulsa law firm of Jones, Gotcher and Bogan and continues to be actively engaged in the practice of law with this firm. He is a board member of both Tulsa National Bank and ChoicePay and has served for many years as a Trustee of Asbury United Methodist Church in Tulsa. He has also served as a board member of the Tulsa Boys Home and Tulsa Boys Home Foundation and as counsel to Tulsa Community College and its Foundation. Prior to obtaining his law degree from the University of Oklahoma, Jones attended the University of North Carolina undergraduate school and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
PETE TRAVIS, BOARD MEMBER
Before becoming a member of the Board, Pete Travis was Senior Vice President, Business Development at e-Money Systems/ChoicePay. He began his business career with AT&T in 1966 and held numerous sales and marketing positions before retiring as Managing Director, AT&T international in 1990. Since that time Travis has been President and CEO of Jamaica Digiports International; Director of Strategic Alliances, Williams Communications; and President and Chairman, Green Country Honda. He has also worked independently as a consultant and contractor. Client activities have included major projects with AT&T, SBC, the Sabre Group, American Airlines and U.S. Airways. Travis attended Pittsburg State University.
