When agents are available to meet with customers face-to-face, they should have access to simple electronic payment solutions to deliver a higher level of service.  ChoicePay offers three options to support agent payments that only require a computer and Internet access. 

  • ChoicePay® REPTM Online, short for Research, Enroll and Pay, is the same tool used by the ChoicePay Call Center and can be used by the biller call center, collections department, or other authorized agents to take electronic check and credit card payments.  After a payment is processed, the agent relays a payment confirmation number to the customer. 
  • ChoicePay® Secure Payment Center for Agents offers a web application designed specifically for agent use.  This application is available to accept credit card payments only and is customized with agent user prompts throughout the payment flow.  Following the transaction, the agent can print a payment confirmation receipt for the customer, and en email confirmation is delivered to their email address. 
  • ChoicePay® Web Services API enables bill payment from within a biller's existing user interface.  Agents can make payments from the same interface they use to access customer and product information.
